Loa Frogs Have Lots Of Babies!
Loa frogs are critically endangered, which is why any reproduction of the species is a cause for celebration. Some of these rare species, which are being kept in the Santiago zoo in Chile, have been busy reproducing and giving the species a chance.
Recently these rescued frogs made 200 new babies, give them the possibility of a future. Should the zoo continue this work and research it's possible the species could make a recovery. Stranger things have happened!
New Coral Reef Found
Many people are well aware of the dangers of acidification upon the world's diverse array of coral reefs and how terrible the bleaching has left these once abundant ecosystems. It's downright depressing to think about, but there is still hope.

It's not every day when a new human organ is discovered, so when oncologists recently found new organs within the human head it was a pretty big deal. And even though it's just a pair of salivary glands, it remains a big deal due to the very cancer treatments the oncologists were working on in the first place.
Virtual Drawing Games
My kiddo's been playing lots of online drawing games with friends throughout the year and I must say that it's a really fun way to connect. You don't even need to use a special program; you can play regular Win, Lose or Draw and hold up your drawings. I suggest using dark markers!
You can also use the drawing options on Zoom, which allow you to share a screen and draw together. This is especially fun for kids. You can also try apps like Scribblio, which is what my teen uses with friends a lot of the time.
